How much does Guidde cost?

As listed on guidde.com/pricing on September 30, 2026, Guidde has four plans. Free costs $0. Pro costs $29 per creator per month, or $19 per creator per month billed yearly. Business costs $59 per creator per month, or $39 billed yearly, for up to 5 creators. Enterprise is priced on a quote. Premium voices are a paid add-on on Business.

Guidde has a free plan: up to 25 how-to videos, captured in web apps only, with your own recorded voiceover, a Guidde watermark and no downloads. AI text-to-voice starts on Business. Guidde also offers a 7-day Business trial without a credit card, but exports such as MP4, PDF and PPTX are not available during the trial.

Does Guidde charge per user?

Guidde charges per creator. Admins, Content Managers and Creators each take a paid seat; Viewers are free. A workspace runs on one plan for every seat, and seat reductions only take effect on the billing date. The Business plan covers up to 5 creators.

What does the Guidde Premium Voices add-on cost?

Premium Voices is an add-on for Business plans only. Guidde's help center lists $19 per user per month on an annual plan and $29 per user per month on a monthly plan. Each paid user adds 60 voice minutes a month to a shared pool; minutes do not roll over and every regeneration uses them again.

Can I get a refund from Guidde?

Guidde's pricing FAQ says it does not refund unused time. On monthly plans you can cancel from Workspace Settings and keep paid features until the end of the cycle. On annual plans, reducing seats, downgrading or switching to monthly goes through support.

How much does Guidde Enterprise cost?

Guidde does not publish an Enterprise price; its pricing page asks you to contact sales. Enterprise adds SSO and SCIM, multi-language translation, SCORM export, content review, integrations such as Zendesk, Salesforce and ServiceNow, and a dedicated customer success manager.

What each Guidde plan includes

Guidde Free: 25 how-to videos in web apps

The free plan captures up to 25 how-to videos in web apps, with a screen recording and camera bubble, auto captions, the AI assistant and a voiceover you record yourself. Videos are shareable by link, carry the Guidde watermark and cannot be downloaded. Guidde's own feature table also lists video analytics and a viewer activity feed on Free.

Guidde Pro: unlimited videos, no watermark

Pro removes the 25-video cap and the watermark, adds one brand kit, lets you export videos, PPTs and PDFs, and blurs sensitive information. Two things stay the same as Free: capture is still limited to web apps, and there is no AI text-to-voice. If you want Guidde to read your script in an AI voice, Pro is not enough.

Guidde Business: AI voice and desktop capture

Business is the plan most teams end up on. It adds unlimited text-to-voice generation with 200+ voices in 50+ languages, Magic Mic (you speak during capture and it becomes the AI voiceover), capture in desktop and mobile apps, conversion of MP4, PPT and PDF files into a guidde, interactive click-through demos, tracked share links and the insights dashboard. The card states up to 5 creators, billed per creator.

Guidde Enterprise and Broadcast: quote only

Enterprise adds unlimited uploads, unlimited premium voices, 400+ voices, multi-language translation (60 minutes of on-demand translation in the feature table, automatic translation as an add-on), PII redaction, SSO and SCIM, SCORM export, content review and version control, five brand kits, and integrations with Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Confluence and others. Payment by invoice, wire or ACH is Enterprise only. Broadcast, which delivers guides inside the tools your team already uses, is sold separately through a demo.

The costs the plan cards don't show

Premium Voices on Business. It is an add-on at $19 per user per month on an annual plan, or $29 on a monthly plan, with 60 voice minutes per paid user pooled across the workspace. Minutes don't roll over, and every regeneration after an edit uses them again. When the pool runs out, videos fall back to a standard voice. Business plus Premium Voices comes to $58 per user per month billed yearly, or $88 billed monthly.
Every editor is a paid seat. Admins, Content Managers and Creators consume a license; Viewers are free. An invited editor gets a 5-day trial of the role and then becomes a Viewer unless you assign a seat.
One plan per workspace. You cannot mix Pro and Business seats, so upgrading one person to Business upgrades everyone.
Annual plans are hard to shrink. Seat reductions only happen on the billing date, and downgrading, cutting seats or switching to monthly on an annual plan goes through support. Guidde does not refund unused time.
The trial does not export. The 7-day Business trial needs no card, but MP4, PDF and PPTX exports require an active subscription. If you don't upgrade, the workspace drops to Free and only your 25 most recent videos stay editable. Nothing is deleted.

A sixth creator takes you past the Business card's 5-creator limit, which in practice means an Enterprise conversation.

Is Guidde free?

Yes, within limits: 25 how-to videos, web apps only, your own voice, a watermark and no downloads. That is enough to test the format or document a handful of internal tasks. For AI narration you need Business, and the 7-day Business trial is the way to try it without paying, keeping in mind that you cannot export during the trial.

Why you see different Guidde prices

Guidde republished its pricing page on September 29, 2026, but older versions are still online. A legacy page at guidde.com/pricing-page-guidde lists Pro at $16 and $23 and Business at $35 and $50, and some of Guidde's own comparison articles still quote $18, $23 or $50. Capterra lists Pro at $18. Summaries built from those pages, including AI answers, repeat the old figures. The current prices are the ones on guidde.com/pricing: Pro $19 or $29, Business $39 or $59.

Which Guidde plan should you pick?

Free if you want to test Guidde on a few web-app tasks, recorded in your own voice.
Pro if a small team documents web apps in its own voice and needs downloads and a clean, branded video.
Business if you need AI narration, desktop or mobile capture, or interactive demos, for up to 5 creators. Budget for Premium Voices if the standard voices aren't enough.
Enterprise if you need translation, SSO, SCORM for your LMS, or more than 5 creators.
