By accessing or using VibrantSnap (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

VibrantSnap enables you to record screen, camera, and audio, and to edit recordings into professional presentations, tutorials, and social content.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information, safeguarding your credentials, and all activity under your account.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display such content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent you have all necessary rights to use and share your content.

Access to certain features may require a paid plan. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for all fees and applicable taxes. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate access.

Given the digital nature of the Service, all payments are final and non-refundable, including for partial periods or unused features. We encourage you to use any free trial to ensure the Service meets your needs prior to purchase.

The Service (excluding User Content) including software, branding, designs, and content is owned by VibrantSnap or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

The Service may integrate with third-party tools. Their content and practices are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. VibrantSnap is not responsible for third-party services.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibrantSnap will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VibrantSnap and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service and update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Canada without regard to conflict of law principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be a competent court located in Canada.
